Spark has outperformed the Big Six suppliers in Ofgem’s rating figures for complaints per 100,000 customers.
Between July and September 2015, we fielded just over a third of the complaints per 100,000 customers than the best performing Big Six supplier, British Gas and less than a third of the average of the Big Six which is 2735.
Overall, Spark recorded 735 complaints per 100,000 customers.
These latest figures are a direct result of the company’s major investments in customer service, processes and systems.
We’re also ahead of the Big Six suppliers when it comes to our response times to telephone calls, scoring 20% faster than other companies.
We’re focused on going even further in 2016 and aim to give every customer a Five Star Service.
