Lucy picked out Customer Service for special praise after one of our team spotted something odd about her reading. ‘Following a conversation about my meter reading yesterday afternoon, [Customer Service] quickly and proactively contacted me by email to say that she was concerned that our electricity usage looked unusually high,’ she explains.
‘This prompted me to investigate further, and I have now identified that there should be a decimal place in our reading, which is very hard to see due to the location of the meter.’
Lucy adds: ‘This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had from a utilities company and I should be grateful if you could pass on my thanks.’
